Aero matters.

Introducing aerocap the smarter way to
cover a disc wheel valve hole.
Picture

I have suspended taking orders for the foreseeable future. The cost of materials, increase in postage charges and hassle shipping outside the UK has made it unviable to continue unless I increase the price considerably. I created Aerocap to provide a simple, renewable and affordable solution to an age old problem. If the cost is too high it will defeat the original purpose and if the cost is too low it's not worth my limited time to produce them outside a fulltime job and young family.
Thank you to everyone who has supported this idea.
Luke.

Step 1 - Before you order.

Measurements

1. Please ensure you have measured valve hole and supply them when placing your order. Failure to do this will result in a delay with your order. I require measurements for every order to ensure the aerocap fits perfectly.

To measure your valve hole accurately;

1. Take a tape measure or ruler and measure the distance between the two sides of the wheel as shown (figure 1)
2. Measure the length and width of the hole as indicated in (figure 2)
3. Enter the measurement in millimetres in the comments section of the order form below.

Pricing

United Kingdom - £16 including postage.

* Single sided require you to glue a magnet to the inside of your valve hole. I supply the required magnet but you will need to supply your own glue and be comfortable glueing a magnet to your wheel. I recommend using a strong polyurethane based adhesive.

Wheel not listed?

Most wheels can be catered for if you can supply reference photos and a few simple measurements. Simply complete the order form towards the bottom of the page by selecting "wheel not listed"
Make sure you mention the make and model of your wheel and I will get in contact with details of what is required to make you an aerocap to suit your wheel.
Some lenticular shape wheels cannot be catered for due to the curve of the disc. Feel free to get in contact and I will advise if I can produce an aerocap for your wheel.

Design. Manufacture.

aerocap's are created using the latest 3d printing technology.
We print using a filament which is a
co-polymer resulting in an extremely tough and durable material.
The nature of extruded 3d prints results in minor cosmetic blemishes. We position the part during printing so these are contained on the inside of the product as much as possible.
aerocap's simple fitting system is made possible by using very strong  Neodymimum magnets that ensures a strong, tight snap fit every time.
The magnet can also double as a handy speed sensor magnet. No longer will it be necessary to tape or glue a magnet to an expensive disc wheel.
